LOCATION

We are the red brick building located next to the public parking garage and a paid parking lot.
CHECK- IN AND CHECK-OUT
Self check-in begins at 3 p.m.
No office needed for our contactless check-in. Just go straight to your room and enter with your door code.

Check-out by 11 a.m. A simple "OUT" is just fine!
PARKING
There is NO onsite parking. There is a paid public parking garage next door and free street parking options all throughout downtown.

Parking Garage:
Open every day from 6am-10pm. You can exit when the garage is closed, but you cannot enter!

Garage Rates:
$2/hr, 8am-6pm, Monday-Saturday. No time limit.

All downtown parking, including the Parking Garage, is FREE between 6pm-8am Monday-Saturday and all day Sunday.

COMMUNICATION
For the fastest and most accurate responses message through the messaging system of the platform you booked on. If you booked through our direct option then respond to the emails you received.
QUIET HOURS
Please maintain a reasonable noise level (voices & T.V, etc) and respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Thank you!
LAUNDRY
Laundry room is located on the ground floor in the back of the building. You are welcome to use the washer/dryer from 4pm to 10pm. Please message us on the messaging platform you booked on to request an access code.
HEAT/AIR
The “mode” button changes the setting between heating, cooling, and fan. You can then press the up or down temperature button to your preference. The fan icon adjusts fan speed up or down. The units slowly turn on.
FIREPITS
* Turn the propane tank valve slowly to the fully open position, then press the external control knob and turn it slightly to the “on” direction, remember not to turn on the igniter at one blow. Hold it for 5 seconds so that the fuel gas will get to the ring burner and come out from the air holes on it.
* Start to turn the knob to the "on" position, you’ll hear a series of clicking noises, until lit.
* Do not leave propane tank open and table lit unattended.
*Turn off and cover after use.
ICE MAKER & SPRING WATER MACHINE
There is an ice machine in the guest laundry & Mountain Valley Spring Water dispenser located on the 2nd floor.
TV
Hulu Live subscription. Go to Hulu app and enjoy shows and live TV!
