DIRECTIONS

256 Stockbridge Rd., Great Barrington, MA 01230

Units 1-10 are located in the main building in front of the parking lot.

Units 11-15 are located in the quad-building to the left of the main building. To access Unit 12, follow the sidewalk towards the back of the building.

CHECK- IN AND CHECK-OUT 

CHECK-IN beings at 3pm and is contactless, just go to your room and enter your door code. 

Your DOOR CODE was sent in the first message when you booked. 

 

Check out is 11:00 a.m. Send us a quick text to let us know you have checked out. A simple "OUT" text is just fine.

PARKING 

Parking is not assigned. Park in any space available in the main lot.

WIFI 

Wi-Fi name: 256 WiFi Guest

Password: welcome256

HEAT/AIR

We have a remote control for the A/C. Use for changing from cooling to heat, just adjust temperature "up" or “down". Also, the thermostat is above the coffee console or by the bathroom door.  Just adjust temperature "up" or “down".

PETS

We all love our pups and that's why we're a pet friendly luxury Airbnb. We provide three PET WASTE STATIONS. Please pick up after your pet.

COFFEE MAKER

Instructions:

1.⁠ ⁠Fill water tank with desired cups
2.⁠ ⁠Insert a filter & add desired amount of coffee
3.⁠ ⁠Press the ON/OFF button to activate BREW mode. The LED button will flash for the entire time the coffee brews and heating element is on. 
4.⁠ ⁠Brew stream can be stopped at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button. 

QUIET HOURS 

Please maintain a reasonable noise level (voices & T.V, etc) and respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Thank you!

ACCESS AREAS

Along with your room, you also have access to the Common Room (located between Rooms 5 and 6 on the ramp)

 

Here you can find:
• Microwave
• Ice/Water Machine
• Guest Laundry Machines (available for use between 4pm–10pm; laundry detergent not provided)

TV

We provide Roku TV. Feel free to log in to your personal streaming platforms. Remember to log out before you leave.

TRASH

We kindly ask that the trash is taken outside to the dumpster on the right side of the motel so it doesn't leave smell in the room. We appreciate (it's ok if you're not able to).

COMMUNICATION 

For the fastest and most accurate responses message through the messaging system of the platform you booked on. 

If there's any reason we wouldn't get a five star review please give us an opportunity to fix it before your departure. Once again, thank you very much for choosing to stay with us!
